Idea & basis of existence

An increasing focus on digitization and automation has led to a paradigm shift, where technology must be included to a greater extent in HR's daily work. Due to the great demand for knowledge and skills within HR and technology, HR Tech Partner was founded in 2022.


HR Tech Partners' basis for existence is based on creating efficient HR departments via technology, standardization and process optimization. HR Tech Partner will help to minimize heavy and administrative processes and instead, via technology, create scalable and efficient processes that can free up time and resources in HR, despite increased growth in daily operational volume.


Mission

HR Tech Partner's core task is to provide consultancy and project management within the cross-field between HR, IT, Payroll and technology and to help streamline and digitize future HR departments.


Vision

HR Tech Partner's vision is to help companies utilize existing IT and technology and thereby optimize, streamline and digitize HR departments around the country. The goal is for administration to take up less time and space and instead release more time and more resources for strategic HR tasks and projects.

By offering a flexible workforce-services, HR Tech partner will give all companies, large and small, the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and competence it would require to invest in technology and efficiency within HR.
